On March 2, 20 CAJ staff and missionaries attended
Close the Gap’s GROWLIFE coach training. Participants
learned about, experienced, and used the GROW process
(Goal, Reality, Options, Will do) and LIFE skills
(Listening, Inquiring, Focusing, Encouraging).
