resources
You have a plan. Before you start
working:
- Try to get the resources specified in the plan: Say you have a plan to rough in 100% of curriculum unit maps for all courses. The plan calls for 3 resources: a curriculum coordinator, computer software, and 20 hours of work time for staff. What happens to your plan if you can’t get these 3 resources?
- Review the resources you’ve been able to get: You’ve been able to get software and the work time, but not the curriculum coordinator. This affects your plan.
- Use what you learn from reviewing the resources to assess and revise your plan: Since you aren’t able to get a curriculum coordinator, you assign some of the curriculum coordinator’s responsibilities to principals and department chairs. You also change the outcome to roughing in 50% of curriculum unit maps for all courses.
- Then, start working.
